Customization / Made To Order (MTO)
At this time, we do not offer custom widths or sizes. That said, during special Made To Order (MTO) events, custom sizing may be available. Be sure to check our website and announcements so you don’t miss the opportunity.
Currently, customization is not available and all components are produced to our exact standards only. However, during MTO events, unique customization options will be offered. Keep an eye on our website and official announcements for details.
There is no set schedule for MTO events. All upcoming events will be announced on our website and official channels, so we recommend checking often to stay updated.
Repairs / Replacement
Yes, we do. The factory is often very busy building our boots and shoes, so sole and heel replacements can take up to two months. The cost ranges from $200 to $300, depending on the model. Shipping is not included. We only replace with our original soles and heels.
If you purchased directly from the JLB website, please email a photo of the defect to hello@johnlofgren.com. Our team will carefully review the issue and guide you through the best solution. For products purchased through a retailer, please reach out to them directly for assistance.
Shipping (Domestic & International)
Yes. We ship worldwide from Japan using DHL. Delivery usually takes about 3–5 business days.
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country. We cannot confirm whether fees will apply to your order. Please check with your local customs office for details, as we are unable to provide this information.
For international shipments, Japanese consumption tax (10%) is not charged. For shipments within Japan, the 10% tax applies.
Yes. We can ship directly to hotels within Japan, and domestic shipping is free of charge.
Orders & Pre-Orders
Yes. When your pre-order item arrives, we will contact you by email. At that time, please provide us with your new shipping address.
If you prefer separate shipments, we can arrange this; however, additional shipping fees will apply. If you prefer a single shipment, we will securely hold the in-stock item until the pre-order item is ready to ship.
Purchases from Retailers
Please contact the retailer directly. As policies differ by retailer, we are unable to assist with exchanges or returns for those purchases.
